The rivet-free cooking surface provides maximum protection against bacteria while the comfortable, ergonomic handles are designed to stay cool on the stovetop. Oven safe to 500°F (260°C).

Brown the meat on the stove-top then add veggies and stick it straight in the oven (up to 500 F). The tempered glass lid is clear to prevent overcooking and has reinforced stainless-steel rims for added durability. A sliding lever in the knob opens for optional venting.
