Safety is a priority, with brew basket interlocks in each start switch to prevent the accidental dispensing of hot water when the brew basket is not in place. This coffee brewer requires a 120/208-240V, 3-phase electrical connection, with a powerful output ranging from 18,100 to 24,100 watts, making it an ideal choice for busy coffee shops, restaurants, and catering operations.
