Need to Return Your Order?

Simply email us at help@chefsupplies.ca and include your order number, name, and reason for your return and we will email you back with return instructions. Make sure you make sure your order is eligible for return by checking the below return policy requirements.

30 Day Return Policy

Products sold by ChefSupplies.ca can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of your in-store purchase, or 30 days from the date your online order is delivered. 

Returned Products

Unused products are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Used products are eligible for exchange within 30 days. All products must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Original Method of Payment

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment only.

Return Processing Time

Please allow up to two weeks to process your return once received.

Open Box Products

All products in the open box section are not returnable and are final sale.

Damaged Product

If your product was damaged in shipping please let us know upon receiving the merchandise and we will have a new replacement sent out immediately. Please note for some commercial products damaged in shipping a technician may replace the damaged parts in lieu of replacing the entire product.

Cosmetic Marks

From time to time minor cosmetic marks can occur inside product packaging that do not affect the function of the product. In such a case, return requests will be handled on an individual basis at the discretion of ChefSupplies.ca.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you had to return the product because we've sent the product to you in error.

Special Order Items

Special order items are not eligible for return.

Commercial Items

Commercial, Restaurant Supply, Fridges, as well as Heavy Items over 50lbs will be assessed a 35% restocking fee if returned. Products must be unopened and unused. Commercial product shipping cost returns are the customer's responsibility.

Espresso & Coffee Machines

Espresso & Coffee machines including but not limited to Jura, Delonghi, Philips, Rocket etc. are not eligible for return once opened. Unopened espresso & coffee machines will be assessed a 35% restocking fee if returned. If delivered with a malfunction or damage, the product will be repaired to as-new condition and shipped back to the customer at no additional cost.

Send All Returns Prepaid Freight and Insured

No freight collect or COD returns will be accepted. Send all returns prepaid and insured for the current value of the product. ChefSupplies.ca will not be responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in shipping en route back to ChefSupplies.ca.
