Airy omelettes, smaller vegetable pans, a juicy steak - in the 20 cm large, flat Bologna Granitium pan from BALLARINI you can gently prepare aromatic dishes for one or two people in no time. The 5-fold GRANITIUM non-stick coating is also suitable for intensive use at temperatures of up to 250 °C. You can almost completely avoid adding oil and fats thanks to the non-stick coating of the pan. The heavy-duty forged pan is made with a stone look, making it a stylish piece of cookware and serveware. The Radiant induction base heats up quickly and evenly, especially on induction hobs, but also on all other types of stoves. The Thermopoint display on the ergonomically shaped handle lets you know by a red color whether the pan has already reached the ideal temperature. A bright green dot indicates the pan has cooled. Turning and stirring is particularly uncomplicated here, as the pan is flat, scratch-resistant, and also suitable for using metal kitchen utensils. You can clean the pan in the dishwasher or easily by hand. With the flat pan from the Bologna Granitium series, you have a versatile piece of cookware in which you can easily prepare excellent food thanks to the best material properties and a well-thought-out design.
