Delicious pan-fried dishes can be prepared even faster and more conveniently with the Bologna Granitium pan from BALLARINI in forged quality and a heavy design. The base of this flat pan is powder-coated and polished, while the inside has a 5-layer GRANITIUM non-stick coating in an attractive stone look. This high-quality non-stick coating makes the pan particularly robust and scratch-resistant, so using metal utensils is no problem. Since it is also extremely heat-resistant, healthy cooking without liquids is possible up to a temperature of 250 degrees. Thanks to the ergonomically shaped plastic handle with integrated thermopoint, the pan can be handled optimally. The Thermopoint temperature display signals when the target temperature has been reached with a red dot when frying. As soon as the dot turns green again, the pan has cooled down and can be safely touched and cleaned, even in the dishwasher. The diameter of the flat pan is 32 cm, making it ideal for preparing larger quantities. Due to the bimetal base made of aluminum and steel, the pan is suitable for all types of cookers, especially induction cookers. The flat pan can be used in a variety of ways for frying and cooking.
