The cabinet features universal extruded pan supports that accommodate a wide variety of pans and screens. The see-through Lexan door with heavy-duty hinges, positive closing latches, and full perimeter gaskets ensures a tight seal and maximum insulation. User-friendly, bottom-mounted controls feature independent heat and humidity adjustment, with temperatures ranging from 80° to 180°F (27° to 82°C). The water reservoir holds up to 5 quarts (4.7 liters), and the BevLes "cast-in" humidity system prevents element burnout while providing added safety for the operator.
