The broiler is built around an all-welded 14-gauge firebox that supports char rock grates, creating a robust cooking environment. It's powered by "H" type cast iron burners rated at 35,000 BTU/hr each. The burners are individually adjustable with manual controls, offering precise control over your cooking. This broiler comes equipped with heavy-duty cast iron top and bottom grates. You can position the cast iron top grates flat or inclined as needed. Stainless steel tubing is used for the pilots, ensuring reliable ignition.
