Three Ply Bonding
Three ply bonding extends throughout pots and pans all the way to the rim. The thick aluminum core transfers heat efficiently for even browning without hot spots which cause sticking. The exterior and interior of this stainless steel cookware resist warping and clean-up beautifully over a lifetime of use.
Permanently Secured
The stainless steel handles are permanently secured with stainless steel rivets. Also, the ergonomic handles stay cool on any cooktop. For convenience, the pot/pan's capacity is etched on the base.

These pans work great on my new induction range! I especially love the sauteuse -- perfect edge to edge heat distribution. The pans are super responsive to changes in induction power, even faster than over gas. Love em. Oh, and the brushed stainless finish looks awesome.

What fun to cook with theses pots and pans. The weight is perfect for older wrists and hands. Even heating as advertised prevents spitting when stirring liquids on gas heat. No sticking experienced with many food types cooked since purchasing. Clean up is so easy.
