Description

EmileHenryMaster perfectly airy, delicate ciabatta bread at home. Made of the highest quality French stoneware, this pan helps you do it! Designed specially to achieve ciabatta's unique crumb structure. Here's how it works: The lid traps steam during baking to replicate the environment of a steam-injected oven. This steam allows the bread to expand fully, and also creates a crisp, crackly crust. Holds a recipe with 3 to 4 cups of flour. 15" x 9" x 1½" (makes two 14¾" long loaves).  For Cleaning & Care of the product with unglazed area, simply use dishwashing liquid, water, and a sponge – rinse well and air dry.

A staple for all olive oil addicts, this rural-style Mediterranean bread is loved for its soft and chewy inside and a slightly crispy crust. Ciabatta is a classic Italian bread made from a lean and very runny dough which gives it this unique moist texture, chewy inside and one-of-a-kind flavor. Thanks to the 2 cavities of the Ciabatta Baker, the loaves (up to 250 g each) are well shaped, resulting in even slices, but also more adapted for sandwich making. The domed lid helps control the level of humidity to ensure a slightly crispy crust while keeping the inside moist and fluffy. The deep grooves work for other softer dough, like the gluten-free ones. The openings on both ends of the lid make it easy to manipulate.
