Here's how it works: The lid traps steam during baking to replicate the environment of a steam-injected oven. This steam allows the bread to expand fully, and also creates a crisp, crackly crust. Holds a recipe with 3 to 4 cups of flour. 15" x 9" x 1½" (makes two 14¾" long loaves). For Cleaning & Care of the product with unglazed area, simply use dishwashing liquid, water, and a sponge – rinse well and air dry.

Thanks to the 2 cavities of the Ciabatta Baker, the loaves (up to 250 g each) are well shaped, resulting in even slices, but also more adapted for sandwich making. The domed lid helps control the level of humidity to ensure a slightly crispy crust while keeping the inside moist and fluffy. The deep grooves work for other softer dough, like the gluten-free ones. The openings on both ends of the lid make it easy to manipulate.
