The John Boos MYSCRMAPPGP is a pack of John Boos mystery oil, board cream, and an applicator. The 16-ounce bottle of mystery oil should be used first and helps replenish the wood's moisture, preventing drying, bleaching, and cracking. The 5-ounce bottle of board cream seals the wood surface with a silky wax barrier and locks in moisture. The round applicator brush with a cap makes applying John Boos mystery oil and board cream fast and easy. Comes packaged in a retail gift box.
The History of John Boos & Co
In 1887, Effingham, Illinois, blacksmith Conrad Boos used a Sycamore tree placed on three legs while hammering horseshoes. By the 1940s, John Boos had earned their outstanding reputation for quality and craftsmanship, and John Boos butcher blocks were found in every restaurant, food store and butcher shop in America.

Individual trees are selected for harvest, encouraging forests to renew and regenerate themselves naturally and prolifically. 95% of all raw lumber scraps and sawdust are used to generate electricity and create steam to fuel the boilers.
