The Fagor CPR Series 115 V, 28.12" Eight Compartment Refrigerated Countertop Rail is a versatile and robust refrigeration solution ideal for commercial kitchens. This unit is designed with a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior, including the front, sides, and back, ensuring durability and a professional appearance that withstands the rigors of a busy kitchen environment. Inside, the construction is also of heavy-duty stainless steel, featuring a coved-cornered floor that facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance, ensuring a hygienic workspace. The countertop rail is equipped with 2” CFC-Free polyurethane insulation, which is foamed in place to provide excellent thermal retention. This insulation not only enhances cooling efficiency but also contributes to energy savings by maintaining stable temperatures across all eight compartments. These features ensure that ingredients remain fresh and readily accessible, meeting the high standards required in food service operations. Mounted on 1/2” adjustable legs.
