The Fagor 115 V, 18 ft. Three Door Refrigerated Salad/Sandwich Prep Table is designed for efficient food preparation and storage in commercial kitchens. With a width of 72-1/2", it features three doors and three adjustable shelves, providing ample space for organizing ingredients. This prep table includes (18) 1/6 size pans, each 4" deep, for storing toppings and condiments. The stainless steel insulated hood and lid help maintain the freshness of stored ingredients, while the 10" reversible white poly cutting board offers a convenient workspace. Constructed with stainless steel both internally and externally, this prep table is durable and easy to clean. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes, for easy mobility and stability. The front-breathing self-contained refrigeration system, powered by a 1/4 HP compressor, ensures consistent cooling performance.
