Handcrafted in Italy from molecular titanium, NanoBond introduces the first true innovation to stainless steel in over 100 years. Thousands of nano layers of molecular titanium are bonded directly to stainless steel, creating a cooking surface four times harder than typical stainless. NanoBond’s surface is highly resistant to scratching, staining, salt pitting and is dishwasher safe. Although NanoBond is highly stick resistant, it is not "nonstick." Low to medium-high heat is recommended after initial high heat searing. NanoBond delivers 35% greater heat conductivity than other aluminum-clad cookware, which means superior cooking performance. NanoBond withstands temperatures up to 1,050 ºF, so you can always get the perfect sear for juicier meats. The Hestan NanoBond is an amazing product. Easy to use with extraordinary heat distribution and very easy to clean without the nonstick toxins. It also looks beautiful on the table as a serving dish. Having cooked with nonstick for most of my life I was hesitant to use stainless steel. The Hestan nanobond is so smooth it is the next best thing to nonstick without the risk of toxins. Cleanup by hand is a breeze and for tough jobs the dishwasher gets it sparkling clean again. It does get fingerprints, which come off easily, but that’s a small drawback compared to the confidence I’ve gained in the kitchen.

Pro's:
the difference in scratch resistance is noticeable between it and normal stainless steel. As a result despite the difference in how much it sticks being small, it is noticeably easier to clean.
High performing pan in all the normal ways
Can use it in a pizza oven that goes up to 950f(this fits in a 12 inch ooni
Handle is stable and a good shape for tossing
Cons
It's very expensive. Probably overpriced even if I really like it, and don't nessesarely regret buying it.
Handle does get hot faster than the Heritage Steel, and Made in handles.
