The 11" Cast Aluminum Grill Pan is beautifully cast with high-quality aluminum with a Whitford Fusion Ti ceramic interior coating. Each grill pan is cast with high-quality aluminum with a Whitford Fusion Ti ceramic interior coating. The long handle is removable and can be replaced with one of 6 colour options - red, butternut orange, mint green, sky blue, royal blue, and purple. These grill pans are also compatible with all domestic stoves, including induction. The removable handle allows the pans to be placed in the dishwasher much more comfortably and provide a more compact storage solution.
The interior Whitford Fusion Ti nonstick ceramic coating contains no toxins, heavy metals, BPA, PTFEs or PFOAs, which are major consumers of CO2. Each piece’s interior is coated with this smooth ceramic layer, making the cookware incredibly easy to clean. In addition to the interior benefits, the smooth 430 stainless steel base of the cookware is compatible with all cooktops including induction.

But, unlike other ceramic coatings, the Whitford Fusion Ti is made with titanium-based particles for better durability and resistance to abrasion. It is also in compliance with food contact regulations, guaranteed to provide a healthful cooking surface.
