The Ice-O-Matic Elevation Series™ 48" 1560 lb Water Cooled Full Dice Cube Ice Machine delivers exceptional ice production with its water-cooled, self-contained condenser. This unit can produce up to 1,560 lbs of full-size ice cubes within 24 hours at optimal conditions (70°F air / 50°F water) and 1,210 lbs at higher temperatures (90°F air / 70°F water), making it ideal for large-scale operations. Equipped with PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection and an intuitive LED status display, this ice machine ensures sanitary ice production and easy operation. The one-touch sanitize and descaling controls, combined with dishwasher-safe food zone components, make cleaning and maintenance effortless.
