This water-cooled model produces up to 1,560 lbs of half-size cubes in a 24-hour period under optimal conditions (70°F air / 50°F water), and 1,210 lbs at higher temperatures (90°F air / 70°F water). Designed for cleanliness and ease of maintenance, it features PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection and a user-friendly LED status display. With one-touch sanitizing and descaling controls, along with dishwasher-safe food zone components, this machine simplifies the cleaning process.
