Equipped with four 30,000 BTU U-shape burners, the IKON Griddle delivers powerful heat distribution across the 3/4" polished steel griddle plate. This ensures excellent heat retention and even cooking performance. The griddle is equipped with four gas control knobs, providing independent control over each burner. This allows chefs to create different heat zones on the griddle, accommodating various cooking requirements simultaneously.

The double wall insulated sides and welded back and side splash guards of the IKON Griddle contribute to heat retention and energy efficiency. The griddle includes a removable 3-1/4" grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle, as well as a 4" wide grease trough, facilitating easy collection and disposal of grease and food debris.
