The nugget ice has a moisture content of 10% and a compact texture, allowing it to keep drinks cold for longer. Its shape, halfway between an ice cube and crushed ice, is uniformly cut. It is hard on the inside and soft on the outside, making it perfect for various applications such as cooling fruit juices or yogurts at food exhibitions. The Ice Queen N range features a high-efficiency evaporator, reducing energy consumption while increasing ice production. It also includes a self-diagnosis system with signaling LEDs to indicate machine operation and alert to possible faults for quick response.
