The flame blocking valve system allows you to cook vast array of meals. Excellent for bread, meat, fish, vegetables, stews, pastries and others. It is easy to transport and simple to use thanks to its rear combustion hearth (log of wood, pellets or charcoal) and its patented flame block valve system, allowing you to control all types of cooking: Pizza, grills (450 to 500 °C), breads, meats, vegetables; simmered dishes, pastries (150 to 250°C). The Marcel oven also allows cold smoking. Professional quality, it is easy to use and easy to heat up (20 minutes for a temperature rise to 500°C). Its complete stainless-steel structure, its interior ceramic fiber insulation and its professional probe thermometer, MARCEL is designed to offer optimal cooking quality. The eyepiece also allows you to monitor cooking without opening the door to maintain a constant temperature and achieve perfect cooking results every time.
