Store ingredients, toppings, garnishes, and more in the 7.59 cubic feet refrigerated compartment below the workspace. The refrigerator maintains a temperature of 33°F to 41°F (1°C to 5°C) and the forced-air refrigeration system delivers even temperature regulation throughout the storage compartment for peace of mind. Keep the food organized with the heavy-duty epoxy-coated shelf. The unit is easy to clean with its durable stainless steel exterior and painted aluminum interior. Designed to hold 1/3, 1/2, or full-size pans without requiring adapters, the open well comes equipped with four pans. The unit’s self-closing, easy-to-grip door has an integrated handle and closes automatically to help conserve energy.
