Description
A 60 lb. tempered, frozen meat block can be chipped in less than 60 seconds. You can save approximately 2.5 lbs. of meat from each chipped meat block and there is no sawdust generated. Bloom qualities are uniform and excellent while there is no measurable chipper product loss. This unit reduces saw blade usage and extra handling of meat sticks is eliminated. Planned productivity is assured while quality control is maintained. There is minimum product shrinkage and minimum operational heat is generated. Better bloom, while extending case life.
Standard Features: Polyethylene product receptacle, product receptacle dolly, floor bolt down locator chocks, operating and safety manual.
Options: Stainless steel discharge chutes, longer and wider legs for product discharge into conveyor.
