Description
The Dadaux Icone 700 Iacon Chop Cutter can accommodate product with or without the bone. It has been carefully designed to offer sharp, clean and accurate cuts. Featuring smooth, saw-toothed and micro saw-toothed blades, this device is renowned for its outstanding performance. It is complete with a unique “stepped” continuous thrust which quickly works to deliver precision slices. The knife speed can be adjusted between 90 an 180 cuts per minute. Dadaux machines are made from high-quality stainless steel; they promise durability and reliability. This model has been specifically designed for cutting bacon.
