The Messermeister Oliva Elite 6" Reverse Scalloped Utility Knife is a straight blade with a reverse scalloped edge. The reverse wavy scallops are rounded just enough to gain traction on slippery smooth surfaces and are also gentle enough to slice through coarsely textured food without shredding it. Each knife handle in the Oliva Elite knife line is unique and made from beautiful, Italian olive wood. No two handles are the identical, making these knives truly boutique and one-of-a-kind.
