    Excellent pans with an added bonus

    This is a solidly made aluminum pan (which provides even heating). But the addition of a lid is a great bonus that makes this the best cake pan that you can buy. Thanks to this great pan, I'll be bringing 'fresh out of the oven' brownies to an upcoming potluck!
