    New popper vs original

    We have had the original model of the Nordic Ware popper for years. They are getting long he tooth so we bought this model, with the dome shaped lid. For some reason, this model is slightly more likely to burn a few kernels, even when being very careful about the timing of the pops d not papal, the kernels. The bottom of the unit looks identical to the old one so I don’t understand the difference. It’s still very good, just not up to the original model..
