    Pizza screens

    I’m very happy with these screens. I seasoned them first (as per instructions found online) and now I can easily launch thin crust pizzas in my Ooni pizza oven without worrying about them sticking to the peel. After cooking for about a minute, it is easy to remove the pizza from the screen and continue to cook it on the stone. Particularly helpful when cooking multiple pizzas. Less flour messing up the stone too.
