Description
Oysters and mussels can easily be broken open with the sturdy stainless steel blade of the Oyster Knife. The hand guard effectively protects hands when opening oysters. Handle is filled on either end with a high-grade epoxy cement. This makes it water tight, anchors the head securely and gives the tool good weight and balance.
