Its durable, quadruple layer, non-stick Duraslide Granite coating is 100% more resistant to abrasion and stops any food from sticking to the base. The centre of the 26 cm pan is made from a large piece of forged aluminium, which is an excellent conductor of heat, distributing it up to the edge and over the entire base of the pan while cooking food evenly.
