    Product was perfect. Service? Not so much.

    Product was exactly what was needed and is working out fine. No complaints there. Product arrived absolutely perfect.

    Service was not great. I had to email to find out whether my purchase was confirmed and then repeated email to see when it was going to be sent. The product took over 3 weeks to ship and took almost 4 to get to my restaurant. There was no shipping date or tracking provided, just vague responses “problem with the shipper”, “should be out by the end of the week”. No alternative shipping or solutions were offered. It arrived Wednesday morning, I happened to have a meeting that morning and was there to receive it otherwise it would’ve been another day.

    Do better. You service hospitality businesses.
