Each well features a single-formed Calrod heating element with independent temperature control, allowing you to adjust the heat level for each well according to your specific needs. The stainless steel well liners are designed to hold a variety of foods, with each well measuring 12” x 20” x 8”. You can use standard steam table pans or optional spillage pans in each well. A red LED indicator light displays which wells are "ON," providing convenient visual cues for operation.
