Dispensing two flavors (or a twist) of soft serve or frozen yogurt, this 208- to 240-volt, air-cooled, 1-phase pressure-fed freezer keeps up with high demand and delivers a consistent product all day. It operates quietly and reliably, thanks to its high-efficiency evaporator system and 11,000-Btu Scroll™ compressor, and its slim, compact footprint helps it stay out of the way. It features a refrigerated mix storage cabinet, which holds two 5 ½-gallon-mix containers, a slide-out mix shelf and two mix pumps. The simplified design allows for quick assembly after cleaning, and its long-wearing parts keep maintenance costs low.
