This 380- to 415-volt, 3-phase, air-cooled model dispenses two flavors, or a combination of the two, from two 5-gallon hoppers. Its tamper-proof controls make it ideal for self-serve ice cream operations. The highly efficient auger design gently folds the entire contents of the freezing cylinder, delivering a thick and creamy product from open to close. It couldn’t be easier to use or own.
