I like the countdown timer feature so you know exactly how much time until the toast pops up. Plus it doesn't send the toast flying into the air when it's done. Easy to operate and it has a quality feel to it as you adjust it and set it. The high polish chrome takes a bit of extra care to keep it looking clean of fingerprints.

After reading consumer reports we were finally expecting to have a good toaster. The cancel button doesn’t work and we have to unplug the toaster to get it to stop. I like the 3 warning beeps and the toast does pop up then.
