This unit has a forward and reverse switch and comes with a #12 hub intended for heavy duty use in commercial food processing applications. Featuring a 880W 1HP Motor, the BMMG001 can grind approximately up to 485lbs of meat per hour. It can be applied to versatile ingredients, including small chicken bones and fish bones. In addition to meat, the commercial grinder machine can also be used to grind fish, chili, vegetables, etc.It is ideal for various locations including home kitchens, hotels, restaurants, delis and meat shops.
