The BevLes Combination Holding & Proofing Cabinet offers durable aluminum construction, available in insulated and non-insulated models. It features universal extruded pan supports for versatile use and see-through Lexan doors with heavy-duty hinges for easy access. User-friendly controls allow independent heat and humidity adjustment, with temperatures ranging from 80°F to 180°F (27°C to 82°C). The cabinet includes a water reservoir holding up to 5 quarts (4.7 liters) and a "cast-in" humidity system for added safety. It also features a self-draining function for excess moisture collection. Heavy-duty swivel-type plate casters with 5" (127mm) rubber wheels, two with locks, provide easy mobility and stability.
