The BevLes 240 V, 3/4 Size universal Width Roast & Hold smoker is a versatile and efficient solution for cooking and holding food. The programmable controls allow cooking by time or temperature probe and enable you to save and recall recipes, providing convenience and consistency in food preparation. Equipped with a removable chip box for up to four (4) hours of smoke cycle time, it offers cold smoking ability, enhancing the flavor of your dishes. With adjustable temperature controls ranging from 80°F (27°C) to 300°F (150°C), it provides versatility for various cooking needs. At the end of the cook cycle, an audio alarm sounds and automatically switches to holding temperature, ensuring food safety and quality. The fully insulated cabinet prevents heat loss, while the side air tunnel system circulates air evenly throughout the cabinet, ensuring even cooking.
