Its 3-speed gear-driven transmission provides reliable and consistent mixing, while the 15-minute adjustable timer and speed shift controls allow for precise control over the mixing process. Featuring a type "A" bowl guard for added safety, this mixer also includes a #12 attachment hub, making it compatible with a wide range of attachments for even greater versatility. The spring-assisted handle makes it easy to lift and lower the bowl, while the included stainless steel bowl, wire whip, and batter beater ensure that you have everything you need to get started right away. Constructed from durable painted cast aluminum and powered by a 1/2 HP motor, this mixer is built to withstand the demands of a busy commercial kitchen, while still delivering consistent, high-quality results every time.

Hand dish and pot washing were the only options for the roadhouses, hotels and restaurants of the day. In 1880, George S.
