Description
Created with a clever design and using natural materials ideal for conservation, the Emile Henry Garlic Pot helps keep garlic and shallots fresh and out of sight in its glazed ceramic base. Inside, the lack of light delays germination, and the 3 small holes provide the right amount of ventilation to create ideal storage conditions, moisture-free.
The cork lid - shaped on the top like a small cup - is handy to keep the remaining loose cloves. It is also designed to securely stack another pot on the top in order to optimise space on the countertop. Simply use a moist cloth to clean the lid.
Glazed inside and out, the ceramic base is easy to care for: it is dishwasher compatible and doesn't retain odours. With its generous capacity, you'll be able to store anything from garlic to shallots, small onions or fresh ginger.
