Description
Discover the taste of healthy cooking, lovingly prepared in an entirely natural cooking utensil. This is the role of our Flame ceramic. Created for use directly on the heat (gas, electricity or halogen with an induction disk for induction stove tops), Flame products can also be used in the oven or microwave. Our products can be used at a temperature of 270°C and are highly resistant to thermal shocks: you can take your dish from the freezer (-20°C/0°F) and put it directly in a hot oven. What’s more, its capacity to retain the heat means that the food stays hot for longer on the table. Specialized in cooking simmered meat, fish and vegetables, our Flame ceramic also has its role to play in preparing desserts. Thanks to its even heat diffusion, famous chefs recommend it for making caramel quickly and easily!
The fish grill allows you to cook your fish or seafood easily on the barbeque, ensuring that it remains tender but keeping that delicate smoked flavor. Its high sides allow you to cook fish in a marinade. The ribbed surface will leave grill marks, and its 50cm/20" surface means it is very versatile. The BBQ ceramic will take care of any delicate ingredients and will ensure healthy cooking on the barbeque. Made from Flame Ceramic, our steamer can be used either directly on the heat or in the oven. It can be used on all direct heat sources: gas, electric or halogen (with an induction disk for induction hobs) and in the oven. Our Flame ceramic has been designed specifically for slow simmering, which brings out the flavors in the recipe. Easy to clean, it is dishwasher safe and will not lose its color.
