This durable replacement tray measures 15" x 15" and is designed to fit Excalibur 5-tray and 9-tray models. Made from the same high-grade stainless steel we use in our commercial dehydrators, this replacement tray is created specifically for drying meats and other raw foods that require a thoroughly clean and disinfected tray. To clean the dehydrator tray, simply place it in your dishwasher or steam clean it. The tray is constructed with 100% 304 stainless steel 1/4" square mesh so no polyscreens are needed. Covered by the Excalibur Five-Year Limited Warranty.
