The coved corner floor meets NSF requirements, while the drip-resistant "V" marine edge protects against spills, maintaining cleanliness. Each drawer accommodates two 12” x 20” x 4” deep pans, providing convenient storage for ingredients. The forced air inside the unit keeps products fresher for longer by maintaining a constant temperature between 32 °F to 41 °F. Featuring an enhanced digital controller, this chef base ensures precise temperature management, preserving food quality over extended periods. The side-breathing refrigeration system is ideal for built-in applications, optimizing space efficiency. Additionally, the unit is equipped with 2” Ecomate CFC-free polyurethane insulation, providing extra strength and energy efficiency while being environmentally friendly with zero ozone depletion (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP)
