This high-performance foster/chiller is built with durability and efficiency in mind, ensuring that it can meet the rigorous demands of a busy environment. The unit features a heavy-duty 18-gauge stainless steel top, providing a robust and resilient surface ideal for commercial use. While the standard model includes a black vinyl finish on the front, sides, and back, the "S" models are constructed entirely with stainless steel on the front, sides, and back, offering enhanced durability and a sleek, professional appearance. Inside, the froster/chiller is designed with heavy-duty galvanized steel walls and a coved corner galvanized floor, making it easy to clean and maintain a sanitary environment. The lids are also constructed from heavy-duty materials, foamed in place with a stainless steel finish to ensure they are sturdy and well-insulated
