    Some quality issues with this product

    I ordered timers one had the wrong time setting and was not usable. The second timer alarm could not be heard unless putting it to your ear. Very poor quality

    Five stars for the customer service team ‘Ricky’ who immediately credited me for these items. I took a store credit because this is one of the best kitchen sites in Canada and I will continue to buy from them as they always stand by their product sales.

    BUY CANADIAN!!!!!
