This air-cooled machine can produce up to 932 lbs of half-size ice cubes per day at optimal conditions (70°F air / 50°F water), and up to 762 lbs at higher temperatures (90°F air / 70°F water). Featuring the PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection, the machine ensures the ice produced is hygienic and free from harmful bacteria. The machine also includes an LED status display for easy operation, and one-touch sanitizing and descaling controls for streamlined maintenance. The dishwasher-safe food zone components further ensure that cleaning is quick and efficient.
