The Ice-O-Matic Elevation Series™ 30" 968 lb Water Cooled Full Dice Cube Ice Machine is designed for maximum ice production in high-demand environments. This water-cooled unit produces up to 968 lbs of full-size ice cubes per day in optimal conditions (70°F air / 50°F water), and 855 lbs at higher temperatures (90°F air / 70°F water). With PURE ICE® built-in antimicrobial protection, the ice produced is clean and safe for consumption. The unit also features an LED status display for easy monitoring, and one-touch sanitizing and descaling controls for simplified maintenance. The dishwasher-safe food zone components make cleaning quick and easy, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.
