The Ice-O-Matic Elevation Series™ 48" 1440 lb Water Cooled Half Dice Cube Ice Machine is a high-performance solution designed to meet the needs of demanding environments. This water-cooled unit can produce up to 1,440 lbs of half-size ice cubes in 24 hours at optimal conditions (70°F air / 50°F water), and up to 1,120 lbs at higher temperatures (90°F air / 70°F water). This model features PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection to ensure cleaner, safer ice. The LED status display keeps operators informed of the machine's performance, and one-touch sanitizing and descaling functions make cleaning quick and simple. The food zone components are dishwasher safe, ensuring hassle-free maintenance.
