The Ice-O-Matic Elevation Series™ 48" 1560 lb Remote Cooled Half Dice Cube Ice Machine is a high-capacity ice maker designed for large-scale operations. With a remote condenser, this model efficiently produces up to 1,560 lbs of half-size ice cubes in 24 hours under optimal conditions (70°F air / 50°F water), and 1,210 lbs at higher temperatures (90°F air / 70°F water). Equipped with PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection, the machine ensures ice remains clean, while the LED status display simplifies operation and maintenance. One-touch sanitize and descaling controls, along with dishwasher-safe food zone components, make cleaning easy.
