This IKON Griddle is a gas countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens seeking a compact cooking solution. With its dimensions of 24" wide and 34.4" deep, this griddle is perfect for establishments with limited space but still require a high-performance griddle. The griddle features adjustable manual thermostatic control, allowing precise temperature regulation for consistent cooking results. The front lit pilot light ensures easy ignition, ensuring quick and efficient start-up.

Equipped with two 30,000 BTU U-shape burners, the IKON Griddle delivers powerful heat to the 1" polished steel griddle plate. The griddle plate provides excellent heat retention and even heat distribution, allowing for consistent cooking performance. The griddle is equipped with two gas control knobs, offering independent control over each burner. This enables chefs to create different heat zones on the griddle, accommodating various cooking requirements simultaneously.

The IKON Griddle is designed with durability and convenience in mind. It features double wall insulated sides and welded back and side splash guards, which contribute to heat retention, energy efficiency, and safety. The griddle includes a rear flue for effective ventilation, ensuring a comfortable cooking environment. It also comes with a removable 3-1/4" grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle, as well as a 4" wide grease trough, making grease collection and disposal easy and efficient. The stainless steel cabinet provides durability and a professional appearance. Additionally, the griddle is equipped with stainless steel adjustable legs with non-skid feet, ensuring stability and secure placement on any countertop. With a total output of 60,000 BTU, this griddle delivers sufficient power for small-scale cooking operations.
