Equipped with five 30,000 BTU U-shape burners, the IKON Griddle delivers powerful and even heat distribution across the 3/4" polished steel griddle plate. This ensures excellent heat retention and consistent cooking performance. The griddle is equipped with five gas control knobs, providing independent control over each burner. This allows chefs to create different heat zones on the griddle, accommodating various cooking requirements simultaneously.
