The Messermeister Park Plaza Steak Knife is a 4" personal sized carving knife. It has a fine edge with an upward curved tip. The grip can vary but the knife is usually pulled rather than pushed through the meat.

Park Plaza has the triple-rivet, full exposed tang version of Messermeister's stamped German knife series.
